What % of Tech Horny see the contradiction that while people criticizing Google for censoring in China they are crying for censorship in the U.S.? It baffles me.

Just did my harassment training yesterday. It's hilarious how arbitrary and ridiculous harassment laws are. Hear a joke with sexual innuendo - harassment because it might make a protected class (women) uncomfortable. Inform your manager. Hear a joke mocking southerners or Trump supporters - not harassment because southerners or political affiliation aren't protected classes. Proceed as usual.
