Die deutsche Justiz erklärt die türkische kommunistische Partei zur Terrororganisation, und lässt einen türkischen Kommunisten, der in TR jahrelang gefoltert wurde und in der Schweiz als Politisch Verfolgt anerkannt war, nach Deutschland ausliefern und steckt ihn ins Gefängnis. Da sitzt er nun seit 1,5 Jahren in U-Haft — weil er Kommunist ist.

Hat schonmal jemand eine gebrauchte "MS Office 2013"-Lizenz gekauft, z. B. bei ebay?
Bei einer Erstinstallation wird da ja der Benutzer genötigt, eine Live-ID anzulegen, der dann diese Lizenz zugeordnet wird. Außerdem muss der Benutzer seine Mailadresse angeben oder eine neue Mailadresse bei "Outlook.com" anlegen.
Wenn man nun MS-Office2013 gebraucht kauft, müsste der Vorbesitzer dem Käufer dann ja seine Live-ID und die Zugangsdaten zu der Outlook.com-Mailadresse mit übergeben, richtig? Oder geht's auch ohne das?
(Diese Lizenz ist nicht für mich–ich benutze Libreoffice. Hier braucht aber jemand wirklich MS-Office, und das möchten wir extra gebraucht kaufen, damit der Microsoft-Konzern nichts daran verdient.)

@benediktg Der ehemalige Bundestagsabgeordnete Neskovic hat ja in einem Küchenradio-Podcast geäußert: eigentlich könnte man die Abgeordneten ja ganz abschaffen, wenn die gar nicht nach eigenem Gewissen über Gesetze abstimmen, sondern nach Fraktionszwang (Gleichschaltung).

I'm planning a full backup of a Ubuntu Server box with LVM. The system is plays movies to an audience 24/7 through an extra graphics card, so I want to do the backup _from the running system_ (otherwise I'd use the Clonezilla live cd)
Then I want to restore to a 2nd computer to create a backup machine
What do you think of this plan:
Backup Step 1: I'll back up the whole system disk /dev/sda with dd (including MBR, LVM and everything)
Backup Step 2: I'll create snapshots of the LVM logical volumes (/dev/hostname/lv-name) & back up the snapshot devices, again with dd. This data is already included in the /dev/sda image, but this time with guaranteed consistency.
On the target computer:
1. Restore the full /dev/sda backup (using a live cd). The System should now be able to boot and start up, but the content of the / filesystem may be inconsistent
2. Start up the LVM system from the live cd and restore the consistent LV backup (/dev/hostname/lv-name)
Good idea or not?

@hoergen there is #Oscilloscope from FDroid. It's Spectrum scale goes up to 20 kHz. I don't have an #Ultrasound source for testing. (Although: I could install a sound generator app on my other !Android device for that. But I don't have the time.).
