The more I learn about Mastodon the more I wonder what my experience would have been like if I had joined any other small server by accident. I imagine being a user joining a server ostracized because of the behavior/culture of its users but not being aware of that...

(This is prompted by me reading the article written by someone questioning the "lolicon" culture on pawoo, which I found when I looked up pawoo because of @djsundog's 300k toot)
