It isn't even 2018 and I'm inspired to cover a few songs that are incredibly meaningful to me.
Inspiration started early, I see. I hope this is a sign of things to come!

Today has had a very unexpected (but super welcome) twist of events :heart_is:
idk why but i did a thing
@Altruest In addition to what others have said, it also now provides video chat, too.
@CobaltVelvet I just know that I am probably clogging some people's timelines and that makes me feel a little down.

I want to apologise for all of the words I've expended in the last few days... but maybe I shouldn't? I just feel bad because I have followers who followed me because they like my content + I am low-density poster.

@zyabin101 A really awful "decentralised twitter-killer" that is based on blockchain, without any way to delete posts, can't download to install it personally, and replying requires an ETH tip (since it's built on ethereum). :|
SOFTWARE: itβs bad!
Yeah.. after perusing the site in what little capacity I could comfortably do, they definitely are appealing to emotion instead of writing anything out. (Their code isn't even available to install elsewhere, and they call themselves decentralised?)
This is why we can't have nice things.
Oh yeah, this is just to view it without an account, too.
So... you install a coin miner plugin (for chrome-based browsers) that seems to masquerade as an identity platform, so that you can generate coins for the owner and "pay" to respond to people?
All data is immutable.
This is so gross.
Also, what in flaming hell do you need 99+ scripts for on a fucking website? What I have put in green makes the site barely work, and a lot of stuff doesn't show up.
"How it works" > link to youtube vid.
Uh, what happened to websites using text to explain how they work.
I guess they want to appeal to emotions instead of stating the facts.
...because emotions and human body language influence how we interpret words.
@Jo @Fidgetcetera Oh good, this pleases me greatly and I no longer am apprehensive about lists.
@Fidgetcetera Wait, are lists private, unlike birdshite?
@Fidgetcetera The only thing worse is sites that flatly don't allow deletion of accounts. :|
@tindall Yeah... it's the same conflicting feeling I have with snaps, flatpak, and other "universal app containers."
@tindall I made sure to emphasize that this is how I am feeling, not that I'm accusing it of something it isn't. :D
