@homer77 Sounds like the cops may be using the same excuse for their inaction as the Stockholm police did for refusing to arrest the attacking Nazis in Kärrtorp,
where they claimed "we were too few, because we were unprepared", which of course isn't any kind of valid excuse, especially as it was later shown that they had been informed the Nazis planned to attack.

AFAIK, Saxony is probably among the places where the Fascists get the most support from the State in all of Europe, probably in same tier as Hungary overall and parts of Poland I'd guess (well, Turkey is even worse, if one counts it into Europe).

About 30 of Nazi mob NMR did armed and armored assault on that demo.
Police had been informed of attack plans, but didn't tell targeted demo and neglected any prevention.

General public responded by chasing assaulting Nazis into the woods chanting e.g. "arrest them" at cops constantly aggressively facing the public, while Nazis kept throwing explosives, etc.

I got the voting card (https://www.val.se/servicelankar/other-languages/english-engelska/voting-cards.html) for this round of elections in the system neither I nor my parents elected to or wanted to be a part of.
I chose to divide my voting card in one for the imposed self-determination usurping violence monopoly (State) and one for the cooperation inhibiting injustice fueled economic violence (Capitalism), then put both of those on…

Really is quite nice to get the "public timeline" of early :birdsite: back, now divided into local/federated.
I thought it was a mistake of theirs to remove it when the place grew, as it could just have been changed to display a snapshot of e.g. 100 most recent posts once posts became to frequent to display all.

It's nice to have random-like posts to read when "nothing is happening" among those you already follow, for inspiration to your own posts or to simply find accounts outside your bubble and expand your world.

Not same stated rationale, but yours as well as their active support of especially a certain dictator were strong factors for my spending my last sufficient eyesight at Mastodon rather than supporting… that.

As if to remind that they are a world leader in horrible media management, here is the response to GDPR by tronc, the devastator of LA Times.
That they refuse people to read their content if they can't be invasive of the readers' privacy… should really worry their subscribers.
