Der Europäische Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte hat wohl geurteilt, dass zwingende OPs an trans Personen als Bedingung für die Vornamens und Personenstandsänderung gegen die EU Menschenrechte verstößt. Das ist doch mal immerhin etwas.

Hey mastodon admins, the 25th may is coming closer and so the #GDPR. I don't think the Data Protection Authorities will be a big problem at the moment, they are also overwhelmed by the new regulations and they would try to solve the problem in a favorable way before sanctioning an instance.
The real problem will be lawyers trying to gain money from instances which don't follow the regulations imposed by the GDPR. So the big question is, what do we need to do to comply these rules? #mastoadmin

If you see me at the #34c3 running around with a camera please notice: To accept your privacy I use a very long exposure (30 seconds) so every person on the picture should be blurred by their normal movement.

If I notice that there is a risk of someone to stand or sit still for this long time I wouldn't take a picture or delete it right after I notice.
