I think we're on the same page, we're just have a difference of opinion on what reparations is. Like I said before it isn't any one thing, which makes it complicated.

When I talk about reparations, I'm talking about restoration, not whatever limited thing white folks concoct.

The voting motivation for most white Americans as always been thwarting Black progress even at the cost to themselves.

The latest POTUS election is a great example of this. The election of 🍊 is a direct back lash for having a Black president, but white folks are getting decimated by his policies.

But that doesn't matter as long as Black folks are injured. Even if white people die to make it happen.

Either you are for reparations or you're fine with the generational violence and injustice visited upon Black folks to this day to ensure you can get over-priced coffee harvested by Brown people for non livable wages.

And it's funny how they all view it as a PUNISHMENT, but not the injustice itself.

@somarasu I feel you. I'm definitely a fan, but I find myself personally liking glorified text editors that full on IDEs because I just like lighter tools.

That said, I'm probably in the same boat. If someone gave me a license I'd probably use it more.

Hopefully the performance has gotten better.

@somarasu I used Opera for a long time, so I'm a fan. The was an Opera Neon concept that I was really hype about, but it never came around, which was disappointing.

Yeah, give it a shot. I'm trying Waterfox for my general browsing, but I'm gonna use Chromium for dev work because the debug tools are too good to pass up.

@somarasu I kinda fuck with IntelliJ because they have the richest feature set by far for an IDE, but they are SO HEAVY.

I have it open for like 10 minutes and my machine starts to hyperventilate.

I want to kick whomever put that feature into Chromium in the face. Hard.

@somarasu Chromium is a slick piece of work, but I never used it because all of the shit Google shoved in it.

I just found out today that someone went in there and removed all unnecessary stuff so it's just a browser, kinda like what VSCodium did for VSCode.

In and of themselves they are good tools. It's all other taped on bullshit that I don't like.

De-Googlified Chromium means and I can use Chromiums sweet on board Dev Tools to debug my node apps without it sending back all my info to Evil Corp.

That's pretty cool.
