@raichoo Sometimes we all have less compassionate moments and as I understand empathy is also a limited pool; so we cannot pay attention all the time to all the things.
I pay attention to the âLinuxâ term cuz things like Debian GNU/Hurd exist. Silly me, but thatâs true.Or maybe Iâm simply jealous that Iâm not on 353C but you are đ€·đș

@raichoo In the grumpy comment I was *only* referring to the first sentence and the usage of the term âLinuxâ. IÂ didnât touch the rest and âmodern distrosâ part.

@raichoo itâs sounds like a rant so I will not comment. *inserts grumpy comment about Linux being kernel and not an operating system* đș

âEven already in 1983, just before Lotus 1â2â3, the president of Key Tronics, the biggest company making replacement keyboards for IBM PC and compatibles made by others, was asked âWhat is Scroll Lock for?â
âI donât know,â he responded. âBut we put it on ours, too.ââ

We love processing the software development work invoices of #ReproducibleBuilds developers. They're the only contractors who attach GPG signatures, sha256sums and the like for all their documentation. Apparently, they're also working on #ReproducibleBilling as well.

@vu3rdd in case of Huawei data go to âwrongâ people, data are beyond USA control.

Today's adventures in Petra (Lesvos, Greece) include finding a cafe full of middle-to-retired-aged English people, who clearly live here, complaining about immigrants taking jobs. I kid you not.
It's also very smoky, but Sarajevo hardened my lungs. #travel https://rhiaro.co.uk/2018/12/today
