You are welcome to castigate me. I am full of mistakes.
----------
I hoped to convey that the idioms I put into the wordies are ones I know...from American speech. I don't know many from other cultures or languages.
G'Day Mate! is probably the only Australian-ism I've got...thanks to "Crocodile Dundee" or maybe "shrimp on the bah-bee" from Outback restaurant commercials.
Looks like only 8 Outback restaurants across all of Australia.

Earlier today, the #WordOfTheDay had an image with an attempt at an ancient apothecary pot combined with a clipart of a modern pill bottle made a while ago.
I rushed, not paying attention to how the pot was almost straight on while the pill bottle was seen more from above.
I won't edit the original post, something I try to do right away, not hours later.
Inkscape is great for letting me adjust details without needing a complete remake.

Weed/Wildflower Wednesday (on Thursday)
Thistles are generally unwanted (weeds). Fortunately for the homeowner, they are easy to identify in the lawn long before the flowers show. Use caution. Wear gloves...or use a shovel.
