tbh I'm pretty shocked by most of the reactions to the GitHub reactions.

People keep mentioning open source and github in the same breath, as though they were in any way associated.

They've always been proprietary and a huge point of failure.

An hour shift is enough to seriously mess up a lot of people sleep schedules.

Sure there are more important things to worry about (there always are), but when we have weird practices that just make sysadmins frustrated and everyone else ever so slightly sleep deprived...

If you're writing your own code you can use parenthesis. Most Haskellers use `$` and `.` though which threw me for a loop.
