    Good news, everyone! Both #cubieboard 2 units boot, they were refusing because they are incredibly picky about booting with any sort of adapter on the HDMI out, or with old LCD panels.

    Does anybody know if #Gandi does free DNS with a domain? My current penny web host stops serving DNS for my domains when I can't pay the bill, which means I don't get email at deutrino.net - my email is with a different provider.

    Considering transferring the domain to Gandi if they will serve DNS without additional charge for low traffic domains.

    Hey, if anybody feels like paypaling a broke developer a few bucks to get web hosting turned back on, I'll publish a guide to getting #Pleroma running on a Raspberry Pi as thanks. There are a few minor gotchas that existing guides missed.

    if you’re an artist from Tumblr, you might actually prefer to give Pleroma a go, because it has similar customizability that Mastodon lacks.

    it’s also easy to self-host, which means nobody can kick you off.

    and with relays, you can easily connect to the greater fediverse community in no time.
