BTW the air quality index in seattle for today, tomorrow, and tuesday is officially "unsafe for sensitive groups" or "unhealthy" (AQI 101-200) so:

- if you have respiratory issues, avoid going outside if you can
- for everyone, avoid physical activity (anything which would cause you to breathe deeply while outside)
- consider purchasing an indoor air purifier or N95 face mask if you have the means
