Now I need a way for Harry to learn he can talk to snakes without the zoo... unless somehow he and Maglor run into the Dursley's at the zoo (but why would they be at the zoo? I guess Harry is still a kid so they might go).

Maglor and Petunia are very estranged so if it happens this way it could go badly.
