I published the release 1.35.0 that fixes the slow behavior on some devices.
Also, the settings issue is solved.
It should also solve the recent increase of battery drain with the normal profile.

Mastodon 2.7 plans some moderation features. I would need some subscriptions on https://ins.mastalab.app as simple users and also by moderators (let me know in PM for moderators). The idea is to be ready for fulfilling moderator role through the app.

I published a release in the beta channel (1.31.0-beta-1) :

- Manage profiles for the battery (settings -> optimizations)

- Fix an issue with pull to refresh and the conversations timeline

** There are three profiles (Normal, medium, low). The low mode will require more manual actions for refreshing the content but you should still get notifications (not live ones).

People ask me how to follow #peertube channels with their Mastodon accounts. So here is a step by step.

- Add a peertube instance
- Click on the account that published the video
- Go in the channels tab
- Follow a channel by clicking on the follow button.

PS: You will be able to access quickly to followed channels with the bottom left button.

I published the release 1.18.1 that fixes the crash when the app starts.
I am really sorry, it affects a lot of #fdroid users. That's due to a mistake with a db migration between two releases.
If you don't care to lose your bookmarks and followed instances, just reinstall the app. Otherwise, please wait for the fix. #mastalab

If you like using the auto-translate feature and you get errors. There are chances, that my Yandex API key reaches limits (shared with everyone).
