    Ah... My screen reader just said "wot dee". If in all upper-case, it would say "w o t d". Since I know it's "word of the day", I just mentally bounced over the odd pronounciation. I could add the thing to the reader's "dictionary". #a11y #WOTD #screenreader #espeak

    It is best to capitalize the first letter in each word, where they are concatinated, such as in hashtags and variable names.

    As far as "you guys" goes, I'm just a happy user of the software and member of the fediverse.

    I do think it makes sense to try to understand how the system works so I can use it to its best effect...in this case the accessibility features.

    Just bought a #thinkpenguin router and configured openvpn in a snap. Their instruction sheet was just the right amount of direction! I'm super excited. As a bonus the USB port on my router has enough juice to power it, so no additional plug into the power outlet! :D

    And, the text-only version of wunderground has been broken for a long time. I have my zipcode's forecast as my browser's homepage, and it's been saying "internal server error" for a long while. The Mate weather widget is getting regular updates for same area.
