Users fleeing, Onerous demands, Threats of employees being fired if demands are not met, the change from code, test, test, test, then deploy to move fast and break things (Si Valley mentality), and it has a similar feel to when MySpace was bought and we know how it ended when all that seems to matter is making profits.
