    The only handheld I have is a DSLite and it is really old and I only play crossword one game on it.

    Went looking as I find the lack of arrow keys annoying to move cursor and trying to touch just the right spot can be painful to edit/correct spelling.

    TIL pressing space and holding while sliding L-R/U-D will move the cursor to where I want.

    Same thing can happen in Chicago, best thing to do is at the start find a tall landmark or two for reference. If you can get yourself back to being able to see them you are probably within a block or two from where you started.

    But then this is also the "modern" age and we have map thingies in our hands that will tell us where to go but whats the fun in that.
