Reading all these "inspirational" stories on LinkedIn and it's having the opposite effect. 🙁

People don't want to seize the means of production.

They don't want a dictatorship of a proletariat.

They don't wanna fly hammer and sickle flags and call each other comrade.

They want a living wage and a doctor they can afford to go to.

They want a nice education that doesn't put them in debt and a safe place to go home to every night.

They want to be able to have a family without worrying about whether they can have heat AND food this month.

If you think socialism's sole purpose is to destroy the government and capitalism, you've missed the point.

I will not stay silent in the name of "creating less drama" when it involves horrible attacks from prominent people being brought to the surface for all to see.

Also, 90% of that drama is y'all screaming "THE DISCOURSE" just so you know.

90% "OH MY GOD THE DISCOURSE" and people screaming

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. The humor is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Twilight Sparkle's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into her characterisation - her personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance.
