@devurandom The idea of deliberately presenting yourself as a product that people access is a survival mechanism of existing within capitalism, especially in the US. If you produce a desirable product like "content", you may survive when you need to crowdfund something like your own medical expenses.

@devurandom "Persona" isn't intrinsically commercial. "Brand" is. It's all about conditioning people to see themselves as products, and perform as products, and you should dislike it.
