    @nerthos I agree. I would have liked to learn something like latin growing up... it's harder for me to learn a language now though. But latin would come in handy in reading old words.

    @othinus @thatbrickster @dolus There are different rules for relationships... I wanted to be sure that I was on the same page. I also do talk about this stuff. If I think someone wants more, then I am less inclined to date them. It's good to iron out the details too. It could be considered a good filter if you can determine if someone is being honest with you. I have to be more careful about who I get involved with... I'm not interested in flings or sleeping around. Guys like that don't appeal to me.

    @dolus @thatbrickster It doesn't work that way for me. I already have trust issues and this sends off red flags to me. It's possible that I'm more hyper-vigilante... especially because there is more at stake for me since I want to start a family. You also know that I take things literally like jokes. But this doesn't seem like jokes to me. If I can't trust someone, there will be some worry and discomfort. You're literally telling me not to trust you but then you say I have nothing to worry about? Distance is not enough for me.

    As far as I'm concerned, I'm upfront about wanting an exclusive relationship. I wouldn't want to be with someone that felt differently, that felt I was neutering or shackling them to me. I would also let them go if that was what they wanted. If what I had to offer wasn't enough. It would hurt, and I would be afraid of it happening... but now you see what I have to worry about. Especially because they would mean a lot to me as Bricky does.
