I feel like the community here really encourages a place where these ideas can breed and grow, where capitalist winnings aren't the focus but what's good and right. If that makes sense?

External discourse has shifted from "it's too complicated" to "maybe I'm smart enough to handle that complexity for the value it provides!" From pessimism to positivity.

I think at a point it's hard to ignore that there are a lot of non-nerds who figured it out, so it can't be _that_ hard.

They're starting to realize the cost of corporate silo simplicity.
