@NYbill In my local lug - which isn't really a lug but just a bunch of nerds - we use a Matrix chat room. This one moves very slowly. Like one message a month.

@Ajz did you look into which of those sides actually use the canvas element for tracking and not to actually draw on it.

That's great, #EuroPython 2019 will be in Basel, Switzerland. This is going to be a cheap trip....

@klaatu @ParadeGrotesque I'm interested how well it works for you, too. I tried pkgsrc on Slackware on a couple of machines but just had to delete it to free up some space.

@paul This morning I got up at 4:45 then cycled the 30km to work on ice and snow. Maybe this wasn't the best plan, but I eventually arrived. @theru @NYbill

I just read a proof of existence (of some optimal code with properties xyz) where they start off by assuming C denotes such an optimal code. Just by assigning it a name if doesn't just magically come into existence!
