Ok, I only read about this whole GPG vulnerability for about two minutes and my first impression: I always told you email was intended to sent plain text!

@pla1 Both were great tours. Iceland was a bit rainy this time (it was the second tour there).

@pla1 I only record my longer bicycle tours (e.g. Scotland last summer or Iceland the summer before.) and then store the filed in a local folder and map it using a desktop application. I don't remember which one I used last time.

@pla1 I think the GPX-Upload for Open Street Map is only intended for mapping not to display tracks on a map.

@silkevicious Right now I'm still working with gpx files, without a cloud service. @pla1

@pla1 I will. I'm kind of undecided about Strava. For one it's one of those data collecting services I hate. On the other hand the data collected is also used for road planning and might lead to better cycling infrastructure.

@pla1 I still can't get myself to use Strava. I'm still hoping for a free/open alternative to pop up eventually...

@chalkahlom That's a great plan. I have to figure out a way to privately send my XMPP handle to you. (If you know my main domain and my name it's pretty easy to guess, though.. )
