@snowdusk_ I was actually thinking about getting 2gb of RAM and putting in a 64gb Extreme Pro SD card with an IDE adapter. Totaled to about $53. Hmmmm. Maybe I should just fine a new toy on eBay for that much hehe

@snowdusk_ Yeaaah. I mean it's nice to play with but the library of software for Leopard just feels limited. I'd probs just do better to install Linux on one of my Dell Latitudes and play with that lol

@xmanmonk Also! Tell him that concerta/methylphenidate may help! It's an ADHD medicine but it can help misophones filter out some of the sounds that bother them - or at least reduce the anguish. Negative side effects only lasted the first week for me (although I no longer take it for financial reasons).

This was honestly a life saver in high school and it just required asking my doctor about it. Good luck to your friend

@xmanmonk Having it is honestly terrible. I think that mine has gotten better over time but it still sucks to not be able to go home and eat with my mother. It used to put me through a lot of pain when my grandfather (with dentures so couldn't control his smacking well) would come sit in the kitchen and eat. It makes me feel even worse now that he's gone that I was always so uncontrollably angry about it. Tell your friend that I feel his pain.
