Why is misophonia so so bad when ASMR is so so good

@tomasino I didn't know this was the reason they did that. When I was in high school my computer club managed to get six or seven Dell Latitude D620s from the school. Apparently because we were considered a non-profit (to the district, anyway).

I'm facing the dilemma now where I've reformed the computer club at college but my college has thrown literally everything out. Dozens of terminals, a DEC VAX, everything. It drives me insane.

@tomasino Right?? I think a lot of them eventually got thrown in the garbage or are sitting in the storage rooms of companies that have stupid disposal policies (i.e. we can't give it away even though we're eventually going to throw it away).

I have an ADM-5 but it doesn't work. I've thought about retrofitting an old laptop or something into the case but I'd feel like the spawn of Satan for that. Tried to feed it composite video but (obviously) that didn't work.

Why the frick are all dumb terminals on eBay so expensive @ A @

I've wanted an ADM-3A since I was, like, 8, but son for $600 I could get four new tires and five large pizzas.
