Ted Gould (ted@social.gould.cx)'s status on Tuesday, 17-Sep-2019 09:13:53 EDT Ted Gould @benjancewicz I went to a wedding with my son when he was under two, freaked people out.
And I wasn't even really a single Dad, just my wife had to work that weekend. I can't imagine dealing with that constantly.

I love the tone-deaf response from conservatives: "if the city wants to help women they should lower taxes." Seems they don't quite understand how pregnancy works.

Shared it with my Makerspace. There's a sewing group trying to startup there. Thinking something like this would be a nice idea for them.

Ted Gould (ted@social.gould.cx)'s status on Monday, 09-Sep-2019 21:37:36 EDT Ted Gould @federicomena I don't know of that document, but I think there's an interesting way to extend that analogy.
Each of those containers uses the libraries slightly differently, and thus creates a kind of biodiversity. So if a vulnerability exists, but only if you use a certain way, that could be a critical issue for one package but not the other. A distribution would have to assume worst case of how programs use it, but individual packages don't.
