Setup a Series LLC because that made the most sense for my situation. Now I'm tired with all the time I spend explaining what a Series LLC is.

Half the reason for tooting this is so that you know 😃

@ryangorley so I noticed from this post that people are tagging their work with #mastoart and #inkscape.

Wondering if you think it makes sense to setup something like the mastodon.art gallery for Inkscape postings, or that's too random to be useful?

@steviep @scott my thought is that this is what makes federation interesting, things don't have to get diluted. You can have lots of tight-knit groups, and they can each have internal discussions and internal policing. For instance, each of the the local photography group can have an instance for its members.

This also makes things like external meddling (i.e. Russian election efforts in the US) more difficult because you have to participate in the community.

But, truly, no one knows. 😄

      Rideau Canal Skateway
      from RealClimate
I've been interested in indirect climate-related datasets for a while (for instance, the Nenana Ice Classic). One that I was reminded of yesterday is the 48-year series of openings and closings of the Rideau Canal Skateway in Ottawa. Since 1971, the National Capital Commission (NCC) in Ottawa has (once the ice is thick enough for safe skating) methodically tried to keep the frozen canal available for ice skaters (by clearing ...
