If we're looking near the Forum I'd suggest Pilgrim down by the river if the weather's nice. Not super cheap, nothing near there is, but it's very pleasant to sit outside there.

Although I will say it'll depend a great deal on how comfortable the beer venue is and how pleasant the weather.
