gonna keep the post up for a little longer just in case we get anything extra to help us afford a vet visit

what makes up "bailey" is a bunch of things in my brain that are all constantly changing, appearing, disappearing, moving around, coming into focus or being shoved to the back, etc

what counts as "bailey" is always different every time you look, with every passing second

but even so, it's nice to have a name to ground me in the present and set me apart, even if the meaning behind that name is always changing

hey folks, we are completely out of money after paying rent, but i just ran out of dog food for willow and we don't get paid until thursday. if anyone could help us out with a few bucks i'd be very grateful

we also need to take her to the vet to check for a UTI but are struggling to meet rent as is, so any help with that would be appreciated too

little bird lumin likes to take pictures of found us. unfortunately we had no bird seed this time, but i started chirping at it and it chirped back. i love that bird

couldn't get proper packing materials for my cpu, so i wrapped it in a 2.5" hdd antistatic bag, loosely wrapped a spare piece of tissue paper around it, and then blew a little bit of air into two ziplock bags to sit on either side of the cpu for shock protection in the box

suddenly there was a dot moving very fast diagonally down my monitor from the top right corner, turns out the spider has returned

i can't seem to find care bears: unlock the magic available for download anywhere, despite the fact that the entire first season seems to be available to stream on amazon??

today's plans involve a small load of laundry, and probably and outing to ship my cpu and maybe go to a park depending on how lumin's feeling

i'm fried but in a good way.

i spent all of yesterday cleaning and now the apartment is clean and my brain is finally letting itself do the whole "i did things so now i don't have to worry about being told off for not doing things if i decide to relax" (nobody would but like, it's a trauma thing)
