i actually really miss the ICS lockscreen with the 8-point circle unlock shortcuts. i used them all the time for camera and various social stuff

my first android phone had froyo that was very quickly updated to gingerbread. but i didn't get things figured out until my next phone

i've basically been using the same apps and homescreen layout since ice cream sandwich.

@noiob i've always just used the ones in nova launcher so i didn't know they added them?

i really need to get a more personal background for my phone, but the default google wallpapers are live wallpapers with parallax and that's too cool...

if you're curious about what apps i use for my home screen, it's just nova launcher and dashclock widget

sliding from left to right, i get system apps. sliding from right to left, media and ingress

am i weird for not liking icons on my home screen? i have 3x7 scrollable dock pages at the bottom with my most used apps and that's it

ah, love to do some chores and then need to take a break but i can't relax because i haven't finished every single chore
