I was going to make a point like Jose's. I have family that have started their own small business and despite knowing I'm unemployed and looking for work, they used a site builder to make a quick, simple page.

The company that provides this service is closed-source, did nothing to educate them how the internet or computing works, and eliminates the need for professional.

I'm not sure what to think. 😫
