@Sir_Boops because it's a lot of people saying the same things at the same time about something i don't care about and trashing the timelines

@Anke i never see people try to talk to each other in situations like this tho they just want to talk into the void or _over_ each other

e3 is going to be incredibly hellish

i hate the influx of several people livetooting the same event all at once. i feel like their commentary would be better suited if they could all talk amongst themselves in a live chat rather than just over eachother in a disorganized stream of toots

someone should livetoot an older wwdc and just confuse the hell out of everyone

@noelle like if you want a git server without the niceties of being able to see what's happening from your web browser like we're used to with github, you can get away with much less than 1gb. but most people want the comfort of a web interface.

@noelle i think the heaviest part is being its own web server and all of the server side page building part of that

they're probably including on ram usage the database too

@softgoat idk if it's good for /learning/ programming but it's something to do with programming and to practice it..

@softgoat you could look into something like the UVa Online Judge which is a website full of problems to be solved by programming, you submit your code and it automatically checks whether or not it solves it right
