I have to change some network hardware tomorrow (cables and routers), so there will be some downtime on https://diasporapod.no when I move around the hardware. I expect it to take less then one hour, so if it's down then just wait a bit and ttry again.

Blade Runner 2049: first of three shorts released

The premiere of the upcoming sequel to the cult hit Blade Runner, Blade Runner 2049 (directed by Denis Villeneuve who recently directed Arrival), is being promoted through the release of three related shorts before the film hits theaters. These shorts were directed by three different directors; the first one of the films is called 2036 Nexus Dawn and was directed by Luke Scott (son of Ridley Scott, the director of the original Blade Runner). As implied by its name, the short (and the two upcoming ones) will cover what has transpired between the original Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049.

Well, bought a "new" second hand car today. I feel it was a good buy.
Now I'll use this for work, and Marlyn can use the Skoda for her things.

The car looks pretty good to be a used one for 28.000.- NOK, also had only 85.000km on it, which is very little for that price range.

My planck keyboard has finally shipped! Looking forward to put it together.

Some very good music to chill to tonight.
Been getting a couple of hours of coding done, working on one of my projects. Tomorrow I'll write a new blog post about it.

Been a bit silent the past week. Been very busy, put our camper up for sale, and had to do all the work that comes with that, but tonight it got sold to a new owner, so now I'm very happy.
That also means I can finally buy a second car (used one), so that I have one for work and Marlyn and our kids can have the family car when I'm at work.

Also I hope that I have enough left to buy a new server that I can run this site on.
Also I got a the first donation in some weeks ago, which was very nice, that donation will go towards the cost of a new server.

Spent the day after work cleaning the camper, now it's ready to be shown on Saturday, hopefully it'll be sold quick now, then I can buy a used car that I can use for work, so that Marlyn has access to the 'family' car at all times and can easily get around and do stuff with the kids when I'm at work (and they can visit me at work ;) ), and also it'll leave us with enough cash to do some fixing up in our house that we have wanted to do for a looooong time.
