    A little bit of context: In Junior High in France, they had recently installed a fence with an electronic gate that was only opening between periods, even though the meals were much, much nicer.

    Then there was an exchange program with Germany and their high school had absolutely no fence and that's when I first realized it wasn't inevitable, especially when the German students came to visit us and made the obvious comparison between our school and a prison.

    Coming from France, I can guarantee this outcome isn't inevitable, like I said recently the US only knows how to build highways and prisons, and this is just another example.

    More odd stuff on #Spotify, I'm being recommended two songs by two different artists:
    - Mel Walker by Casey Robinson open.spotify.com/track/5RWCKGN…
    - Skolna by Jessie Elliott open.spotify.com/track/4xnD7sP…

    Both songs are practically the same except for a missing drum instrument track. No information can be found about either artists online. I suspect someone set up tens or hundreds of Spotify artist accounts with random names, album covers and song titles to submit free loop track variations and collect meager royalties based on someone else's work.

    And there's no built-in way to report any of this. 🤷♂️
