@amic I have Fedilab on my tablet simply because I've been too lazy to switch.

Fedilab's unread message notifications are not understandable. Why does it say "4", but when I check, there's nothing new? Why is it that after I check replies, there's always a "1" unread message, but that turns out to be the same message I read ten minutes ago?

#Tusky's clear / filter notifications are in a dangerous spot. If someone misses the intended button when attempting to go back to their main timeline, *poof!* they're gone.

@amic Maybe they found your baby / toddler pictures. Is there a "rate my kid dot com" ?

@dwaltiz speed? I use that same PL instance you are on and it isn’t noticeably faster most of the time. SLC must have really had some issues.

@amic Back in the #1970s, there was a TV that had a sphere-based "space helmet" shape. That could be practical.

Otherwise, a near-sphere would just be a modern version of the #OUYA once someone plugged in the half-dozen cables and peripherals it would need.

@dwaltiz Have you tried Windows “runas” yet? To be honest, it used to be more capable than it currently is, but they restricted it to make abuse harder.

Anyway, your “doas” problem will probably turn out to be something you thought you checked, like spaces or non-printable characters in the configuration file, or putting the file somewhere that is not on the $PATH, or forgetting to log out after changing the file.
