If vim or emacs I want to know how I can take full advantage of it. I have no idea

My only limitation is

* Free/open source
* Not an electron app
* Does not send tracking data to Microsoft (so no VSCode)

Does anyone know of a good C++ IDE that isn't CLion or VSCode?
I'm looking for something with syntax highlighting and smart completion, ideally

@Dog2puppy yeah, it's generally interchangeable. Kubernetes uses docker images in their raw form
