I identify really strongly with Jadzia not simply because of the trans metaphors which are admittedly inaccurate and clunky, but because she approaches new situations and experience with enthusiasm and is the kind of eccentric I attempt to be. As for Kira, she's radical, consequentialist, passionate as hell, and spiritual as hell. Sisko has a troubled history, but always finds simple comforts. Came from a background of skepticism and ended up very spiritual and understanding

As for ds9 I identify pretty strongly with Jadzia, Kira, and Sisko

Like how is data not the best character... tho honestly I like troi a lot. I don't strongly identify with any of them.
