@clerie did you check whether the pi (or so) was possibly overheated (CPU stuff).

I once had such an issue and a (physical) fan solved the problem for me… 😆

The device (shell over ssh) just did all crazy things…

@snwh not really true, because actually #flatpak is pretty good at deduplicating content. This is part of the #ostree they use internally: https://ostree.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Then the most important question would be: Why did you get a GTK picker? IMHO; it should always use the DE's default picker.

location input always Ctrl+L AFAIK, dirs sorted before files is a Nautilus setting (AFAIK the file picker respects that)
