Das #BMI meint, die Erstellung von #Screenshots ist ein "Erschaffen" von Daten und lehnt #ifg-Anfrage via @fragdenstaat ab…

…und verlangt für die Ablehnung des Widerspruchs(!) 30€ als Abschreckungsgebühr.

Etwa die Hälfte der Gebühr is gecrowdfunded, aber ich benötige hier immer noch eure Hilfe!

@marc_michalsky pfff… so wenig wie das im Endeffeckt ist, wäre das wohl eine einfache Anfrage und müsste kostenfrei sein (okay, kenne das Landes-IFG nicht). Lass es zumindest evt. auf eine Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Informationsbeauftragtenstelle ankommen. 😃

Oder eben FragDenStaat via Problemmeldung mal anfragen, was man da jetzt tun kann.

@nuron aus Erfahrung: meistens wird eher die Domain von soclhen Webseiten geblockt. Die Mail prüft niemand nach…

Another one is the protection of a potentially innocent family. His childs or parents etc. probably did not know anything.
