    #Fennec got a new icon (changed by #Mozilla).

    @matrix's #Riot got a visual overhaul including a new icon!

    There's no change log, so no idea if that is a required update for this years #fosdem.

    On #Android you can very simply install a custom launcher from @fdroidorg or #PlayStore to get a totally new look and feel. Some of those come with advanced theming options.

    Advanced users can also do all sorts of low-level customizations using #Xposed Framework.

    Google somehow changed the license terms of the Android SDK a few days ago. As the licnese hash is programatically checked by the SDK-tools, this means hat unfortunately builds are failing all over the place. (Not just for #fdroid but in peoples CI systems as well.)

      Hey, As the title says. I think it mostly affects app using build tools version 28.0.3. Example from EteSync: https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/com.etesync.syncadapter/lastbuild_50 I think that at the very least someone should manually...

    #Newpipe 0.14.2 can't play YouTube videos anymore. Downgrading to 0.14.1 seems to work for the moment. (Need to uninstall the latest version first.)

    The problem is fixed upstream in version 0.15 which will be on fdroid in 1-2 days.

    1. Does the app look legitimate? Are the permissions it declares (AndroidManifest.xml) reasonable? The library dependencies (build.gradle) look okay?
    2. Does it build with fdroid build <appID>?
    3. Is there at least a description and Summary present in the metadata file? Also author name, website, donation information where applicable?
