    @JuanBellas Lo que me parece un cambio y un recorte de libertades es que se intente anular el derecho a cita. De eso también se hablado con respecto a esta nueva normativa. Para mí es aberrante...

    @JuanBellas Realmente todo esto ya era ilegal. No se puede publicar una modificación de una obra con copyright sin permiso, sea el fin que sea. Se hace, pero con la ley actual en la mano es una infracción. La mayoría de las veces los autores (o gestores de derechos) no lo persiguen, pero podrían hacerlo. Es de cajón.

    Y ahora, entiendo que podría exigirse a los administradores de sitios web aplicar un ContentID para todo tipo de contenidos que se publiquen (como el que tiene YouTube instalado).

    We already know that automated content filters don't work. They put absolute power over content in the hands of a system that is opaque and broken.

    A couple of days ago YouTube took down all of the Blender Foundation's videos from the Blender Foundation's channel due to a copyright claim by... the Blender Foundation.

    The BF is an official YT partner, but days later they still cannot get a straight answer from YT about what is going on:
