Actually, I think I know my goals already:
1.) Eat 4 pieces of fruit/veg every day
2.) 20 minutes of sports every day (walking counts)
3.) Spend at least 20 minutes on a personal project
4.) Clean up one bit of the flat every weekday
5.) Read something other than the Internet on the weekend.

Do it now. Then you won't have to clean up at home.

My bank just started providing voice banking services: "Hey Siri, pay my bills!" Convenient, fast, and horrible.

Putting tape over your webcam is effective only for those people who know better than to think that's the only security measure they need to take.

Interesting: "Security through reminders." Tod Beardsley Having the tape over your camera doesn't solve the problem of pervasive microphones and cell phone cameras, but it might remind you of the constant security threat.

@blp @mikegerwitz @fsf We continue to lead by example. Show off our use of #FreeSoftware. Where possible, shun non-free software and services, and be vocal about why you do so. For those can afford to do so, give patronage to Free Software developers.
