When I left the fellow on the phone behind me was saying to his buddy "The guy in front of me is putting on his jacket. I think I recognize him, but I don't know from where." I smiled in his direction (in spite of his phone usage), but he avoided all eye contact. #Duffer at the #Library

@bobjonkman I suspect that #Library attendance is down (like their funding) and employees may be afraid to offend / chase away those who do enter.
