     Die Wassertropfen haben immer noch die Radialgeschwindigkeit des äußeren Rings, hinzugekommen ist nur die Bewegung nach innen. Um weiter innen eine Umdrehung pro Zeiteinheit zu erreichen, reicht aber eine niedrigere Radialgeschwindigkeit. Dementsprechend sind die Tropfen schneller. Ein ähnlicher Effekt existiert auch im Weltraum, wenn sich Objekte in einem Orbit z.B. um die Erde befinden.

     Und es passiert auch auf der Erde und bestimmt die Drehrichtung von Wirbelstürmen in der Süd- bzw. Nordhalbkugel.

     Ich hab nur ein Paar. Und das ist in meinem Hauptrucksack, nicht in meinem Reiserucksack. In Berlin werde ich mir einfache Kopfhörer für diesen Rucksack zulegen, dann habe ich ein Fallback.

     Kopfhörer. Ich hab noch überlegt, ob ich noch meine alten Kabelgebundenen zusätzlich mitnehme und den USB-C nach Audio Adapter ausprobiere, den ich neulich gefunden habe, dachte mir dann aber, dass meine primären Geräte ja reichen würden - ohne daran zu denken, die Teile einzupacken.

    I just read infosec.exchange/@jerry/112887… again and it just hit me that "new kid on the block" Mastodon has been around for over 8 years already! The "Mastodon Network" era is now most of Fediverse history!

    The Fediverse is 16 years old since May[1] and Mastodon has been up for 8 years since March[2], so 2024 marks the year when Mastodon has been on the Fediverse for the majority of the time the network has been around.

    Of course, for the vast majority of fedizens, Mastodon has always been around and their first server was a Mastodon server, and for many, the part of the Fediverse that runs on Mastodon is the #MastodonNetwork , but as of this year we have passed a milestone where that perspective is not entirely objectively wrong by yet another measure.

    I just read infosec.exchange/@jerry/112887… again and it just hit me again that "new kid on the block" Mastodon has been around for over 8 years already! The "Mastodon Network" era is now most of Fediverse history.
