The #FreedomBone model appeals to me, though I haven't set one of those up. I suspect the neofeudal nomadic class will only grow, the easier to #selfhost the better, at least for some stuff.

Hmm. Considering #Pleroma again for a music related alt. Maybe just #selfhost on my old cubieboard that's not good for Kodi (until the crowdfunded gpu drivers are merged around 1Q2019... living in the future).

The alt is currently on #gnusocial but I picked what I thought was a reliable server back in February but it's turned out to be super slow and throwing 502s all the time and also the Android clients make me sad and the web UI is broken in Firefox mobile. That's a lot of aggravation.

Yo, est-ce que quelqu'un connait un hébergeur qui fournit un nextcloud avec du support ? Genre qui s'occupe des mises à jour et tout. OVH fait ca je crois mais j'arrive pas à trouver. C"est pour des gentils avocats qui veulent que leurs données soient pas dans la nature (aka dropbox atm).
