All they (the group 'Zwiebelfreunde') did was collecting donations for riseup.net. (as a side note @bryanlunduke takes part in criminalizing #riseup and their supporters)
Reasoned was it by a protest with confetti against fascist party #AfD that had used a riseup.net email.
@qbi was raided *only* for the reason of being a voucher.

when using #p2p there is always the risk of others knowing who you are, when not using #vpn, #tor or similiar.
Having something that is or has similiar effect then vpn or tor directly integreated within.
thought best, if it's not only something in the backround, but that is also raising awareness about its function and why it can be important to use it.
maybe it be great and not to much work to have something like that for #peertube.

It's kind of sad how all the decentralized Internet projects (IPFS, ZeroNet, Tor Hidden Services, etc) all fall under that scary blanket term "dark web".
When regular people here the words "dark web", they don't think "hip new Internet with less central points of failure". They usually think "hub of criminal and terrorist activity".
I guess Overlay Network doesn't sound as catchy in a headline.
