@SpookyR @ChrisWilson @progo @ServerStatus I guess it's possible, but I doubt it. We have been flying under the radar with all the Mastodon drama for several months now, and more offensive instances are still running and federating fine.

@SpookyR @ServerStatus All the Mastodon apps also work with Pleroma, actually. So does the Mastodon FE, so it could be possible to do completely transparently.

@SpookyR @ServerStatus I've been considering switching over to Pleroma for my personal instance. Whenever I find the motivation to spend a few hours actually doing it.

Could be worth considering for NAS as well, though I don't think there is currently a way to do so while keeping everybody's data intact.

@ServerStatus @SpookyR Strange that there aren't any errors in the log that you can see, because from outside of NAS it looks like this instance has been silent since the March 2nd update.

Posts/follows/mentions incoming to NAS seems to work fine, but anything outgoing seems to fail. Here is the page you get when attempting to follow a remote Masto account (left), and a remote GS account (right).

@buchan Yep. NAS is broke as hell. It isn't downloading remote content, isn't federating its posts to remote servers, and gives errors whenever trying to remote follow an account.
