@Dolus @thatbrickster men on the other hand, don’t give a shit if they have competition. girls constantly call people with more followers than them on instagram as “trashy” and “slutty”, even extending to girls in their own social circle. you never hear this from real men.

@Dolus @thatbrickster it makes sense psychologically. women want the largest group of men available to them as possible for them to choose the best mate, but they can’t have that if men are flocking to other women. although laura isn’t “real”, they still see her as competition for the attention of men and therefore want to sabotage her in order to make themseves seem better by comparison
