@PhoneBoy I was having a really intense discussion with a client, who is Jewish, and who loves that jingle.

He was bitching over a perceived service level issue, but he has been away with Yom Kippur and Sukkoth (??) for a week.

So, in explaining the non issue, I was able to use the following preface to my reply "While you were away shape shifting....."
