If there's one thing I've learned over the years @commandlinekid there's no convincing people to switch communication platforms. People will ultimately go where the critical mass of their peeps are. Same with brands.

And quite honestly, I'm ok if people decide not to make the switch. We got it going on over here.

The same plane that brought me from PGI to MIA is taking me to SEA. Given how delayed the first flight was, that turned out to be a blessing. The detour thru customs and TSA went quickly, thankfully.
